The ÎÞÂëרÇø Law Review Association is excited to announce its upcoming symposium for the 2026-2027 academic year, titled: Religion & Government: The Future of the Establishment Clause. This symposium will bring together top scholars at the intersection of religion and constitutional law to examine how courts are reshaping the doctrine of the Establishment Clause and how public policy is changing as a result.

About

The event will feature distinguished academics and speakers from around the country. Together, they will explore urgent questions such as:

• What public displays of religion, if any, are permissible under the Establishment Clause?
• What does it even mean for a religion to be established?
• Who has the right to challenge government endorsements of religion?

We hope you will join us as we discuss these topics that are especially important in our home state of Texas, as well as nationally.
