Student Family/Friends Pass: $10.00

A one-time use of the Dedman Center for a family member or friend of an 无码专区 Student. This pass must be utilized within two days of purchase and is non-refundable. ONLY available through the Dedman Center’s  (not available at the Dedman Center).

  • Pass MUST be purchased by the student in the Online Member Portal .

  • Family/Friend MUST be an adult, 18 years of age or older.
  • Family/Friend will be REQUIRED to present a government issued photo ID card to the front desk upon arrival.
  • Family/Friend MUST be able to provide Student Name and Student 无码专区 ID number (student does not need to be present).

  • Family/Friend will be REQUIRED to sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification form.
  • Additional fees may apply for services such as the Climbing Wall.

Permits 无码专区 Alumni, Sponsored, Retiree, and 无码专区 employees, without a Dedman Center membership, a single-visit use of the Dedman Center. Only valid for the individual named on the guest pass. Pass can be used up to 2-days after purchase. NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER PEOPLE. Passes are non-refundable.

 
  • REQUIRES a profile with Campus Recreation Dedman Center.
  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
  • Minor children (under age 18) are NOT permitted entry to the Dedman Center with the owner of a Guest Pass.

PORTAL, CAMPUS REC APP, and in- person at front desk: Permits 无码专区 affiliated alumni, employees, and retirees to sponsor a non-member family or friend for a single-visit use of the Dedman Center. May be purchased in advance and 2-days to use the pass.
  • Requires the 无码专区 Sponsor to be a member of the Dedman Center
  • Family/Friend MUST be 18 years of age or older.
  • Sponsoring member will be held responsible for family/friend behavior, conduct, and any additional charges or fees.
  • Minor children (under age 18) are NOT permitted entry to the Dedman Center with the owner of a Guest Pass.
  • REQUIRES a government issued photo ID card presented to the front desk upon arrival (Picture of a photo ID card is not accepted).
  • Family/Friend will be REQUIRED to sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification form.

Community Non-Member GUEST PASS: $20.00

  • Sponsoring member will be held responsible for family/friend behavior, conduct, and any additional charges or fees.
  • Minor children (under age 18) are NOT permitted entry to the Dedman Center with the owner of a Guest Pass.
  • REQUIRES a government issued photo ID card presented to the front desk upon arrival (Picture of a photo ID card is not accepted).
  • Family/Friend will be REQUIRED to sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification form.

Replacement ID card must be purchased if current Dedman Member Card is deemed inoperable within 2 years of original issue.

  • Variable fee charge to replace unreturned, missing, or damaged check out equipment based on price charged to replace with new equipment.
  • Equipment NOT returned within 24 hours will accumulate a $5/day overdue charge for each piece of equipment until returned or payment of replacement fee.
  • The person checking out the equipment is responsible for returning the equipment in the condition it was received.
  • For students, failure to return equipment in proper condition will result in loss of Campus Recreation privileges and services returned or payment of replacement fee and all overdue fees.  In addition, Campus Recreation will place Hold placed on Student Accounts, preventing registration for classes, obtaining transcripts, and graduation.
  • For members, failure to return equipment in proper condition will result in loss of Dedman Center membership privileges until returned or payment of replacement fee and all overdue fees.

Dedman Members are permitted 2 forgotten ID cards each semester. Government issued photo ID can be used in place of 无码专区 ID. If unable to produce a photo ID after 2 forgotten ID, must pay the fee to enter. Only valid with current membership.

Half Locker (Men & Women): 

  • $20/ 1-semester
  • $40/ 2-semesters
  • $50/ 3-semesters or annual

Full Locker (Women Only): 

  • $30/ 1-semester
  • $60/ 2-semesters
  • $80/ 3-semesters or annual

Lockers must be rented in-person at the Dedman Center front desk. Rental renewals may be purchased at the front desk or .

Must provide own lock for rental lockers

Renters will be notified via email of upcoming expiration beginning 30 days from expiration. Upon Expiration, lock will be cut and contents emptied.  Items not retrieved within 3 months will be donated to charity.

Day Use Lockers available at no charge and locker must be emptied by closing.

Standard Locker Combination Lock: $8 plus tax

Bath Towel Service:

Unlimited bath towels for the duration of the service with a limit of 2 towels at a single time. Towels available from the Fitness Floor desk.
