How Quality Data Drives Institutional Action

ÎÞÂëרÇø's governance framework is designed not simply to document quality reviews, but to ensure that review findings result in documented institutional decisions. The four-step cycle below describes how quality data flows from OPS review through governance action and back into course and policy improvement.

  1. Review & Data Collection

    OPS conducts QM reviews and documents outcomes for all courses — including pass, conditional pass, and remediation cases.

  2. Reporting to Governance

    OPS reports aggregate findings monthly to FTC Sub-Committee and quarterly to COE, including compliance rates, pipeline status, and patterns.

  3. Governance Decision & Action

    COE and FTC Sub-Committee review findings, document decisions, and direct resource allocation or policy changes as warranted.

  4. Improvement & Verification

    Changes are implemented, tracked by OPS, and reported in the next governance cycle — closing the loop and creating a documented record of improvement.
